Fence and Sky (West Texas)

Far West Texas, near the New Mexico border, is a lonely place in the winter. There are big, true blue skies; slow-rolling hills; fence rows that divide the infinite landscape; and, in December, occasional patches of snow that seem to be reflective of the high clouds above. On this particular day, there were no cars and no people as far as the eye could see, save my wife and me taking pictures and watching the hawks. Medium: Film
