A street vendor near the Loretto Chapel in Santa Fe was selling this colorful assortment of purses. An odd item to sell, perhaps, on church grounds -- but the warm afternoon lighting in that magical city and near that marvelous chapel was almost perfect. This scene was full of bouncing color and abstract patterns and soft, sliding lines hanging from the rugged wood fence.
